Miss.am International Beauty Contest Rules “Rules” define the main objectives and conditions of the Miss.am online Beauty Contest.
The organizer of the Contest is Miss.am Company “Organizer”.
Organizational and logistical support, management of the Contest information are financed by the Contest Organizer, sponsors, and other sources of income that are not prohibited by applicable international legislation.

Contest Procedure

  • The Contest is held in an online format and in 2 stages: a qualifying stage and a Contest.
  • Each contest operates under its own set of rules and conditions, which are posted in the respective contest section.
  • Contest participants are Armenian girls from all over the world, who have completed the Contest participation form.
  • Registration of participants under 16 years of age is carried out with the consent and assistance of their parents.
  • The Contest jury is made up of persons who have registered on the www.miss.am website as a jury member.
  • Participation in the Contest To participate, you need to fill out the form and upload the specified number of photos.
  • Participants who have filled out all the necessary information will have a personal page on the Contest website www.miss.am to participate in online voting.

By filling out and posting the application on the Contest website, the participant confirms that they have read and accepted the Contest rules, as well as given their consent to the processing and use of personal data and photos. All contact information may be used by the organizer only to contact the person who provided it. The Contest organizer maintains the confidentiality of contact information and does not transfer it to third parties.

Requirements for photos provided by applicants

  • To participate, it is necessary to attach at least 3 full-length photos.
  • The face of the contestant must be clearly visible in the photo. Photos in which the face is hidden by dark sunglasses, masks, or other accessories are not allowed.
  • Photos must be submitted in jpeg format.
  • The presence of third parties in the photo is not allowed.
  • Photos processed with the help of graphic editors are allowed in the competition, if only the image parameters (sharpness, brightness) have been changed.
  • Only photos taken no more than 6 months before the competition are accepted.
  • The competition does not allow photos containing advertising materials.

By registering on the website www.miss.am and submitting the application form for participation in the competition, the participant confirms that the photos are personal property, are free from claims by third parties, that the photo depicts the person who filled out the questionnaire, and that there are no circumstances that would prevent the use of the photos by the organizer of the competition. By uploading the photo, the participant grants the Organizer the right to use these photos for advertising the competition and for other purposes aimed at publicizing the competition.

Qualification Stage Rules

  • The following persons participate in the qualification phase:
    • Meet the requirements set forth in these rules.
    • Filled out the application form.
    • Posted at least 3 photos that meet the photo requirements.
  • The organizer has the right to check the accuracy of the information provided by the contestant, as well as ask the contestant to provide missing or additional information if necessary.
  • The organizer has the right to reject the contestant's application without explanation if any of the information provided does not meet the requirements set forth in these rules.
  • If the application is accepted and the contest has already started, the contestant's profile cannot be deleted until the end of the contest.

Rules of the main stage of the contest

The contest is held online. Contest participants are evaluated by those who have registered as jury members on the website www.miss.am.

The jury member views the pictures and information provided by each participant of the contest and votes by sending a heart to the participant he likes. Each jury member can give only one heart to one participant per day for free. Jury members can also give additional hearts to participants during the day by purchasing a VACATION CERTIFICATE in advance, which will give them the opportunity to relax and also 100 hearts for voting. The VACATION CERTIFICATE is posted on the Miss.am website. By purchasing the VACATION CERTIFICATE, the jury members get the opportunity to give additional votes to the participants they like. The hearts are not subject to return or exchange. The winner is the participant with the largest number of hearts. The winner receives the MAIN PRIZE, which is announced separately for each contest. Second and third places are also awarded. The Organizer may also add Prize places for each contest separately.

Procedure for receiving prizes

At the end of the Contest, at the moment of stopping voting, the winner will be the participant who received the most hearts. After that, the participants will receive information from the Organizer about the place and procedure for receiving the prizes. The Organizer reserves the right to make unilateral additions and changes in the process of organizing the preparation of the award ceremony.

Additional provisions: If circumstances beyond the Organizer's control prevent the Contest from being held, the Organizer has the right, at its discretion, to change the dates, conditions of the Contest and or cancel the Contest. In case of disputes regarding the interpretation of the Contest terms and these Rules, the Organizer's official interpretation shall be recognized. It is final and binding for all participants who participate in the Contest, as a participant or jury, and is not subject to appeal.
